Do you offer custom builds outside of the three standard Aluma Tray sizes?
While custom tray orders aren’t our primary focus, we’re open to hearing your request. If it aligns with our build process, we’re happy to discuss it. By limiting custom builds, we’re able to maintain shorter lead times and consistent production compared to others in the industry.
What is the typical lead time for product delivery?
Our current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from order to shipment. While unforeseen factors may occasionally affect this schedule, we typically stay within this timeframe.
What are Aluma Trays made from?
Aluma Trays are built from high-strength, lightweight aluminum designed to handle the toughest off-road conditions while minimizing weight.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final, as each Aluma Tray is custom-built to your specifications and selected options. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error with your build, we’ll work with you to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Do you make trays/flatbeds for mid-size trucks?
At this time, our Aluma Trays are designed for full-size trucks. We do not currently offer trays for mid-size platforms, but we’re always evaluating future options based on demand.
