Aluma Tray flatbeds for OEV campers

OEV builds hard side flatbed campers and is also an Aluma Tray dealer. Several Aluma Tray accessories are cut specifically for OEV camper models, which makes this the brand we hold the most published detail on.

Models named in our published documentation: Back Country (BC), Hudson Bay (HB), High Country.

An OEV camper on an Aluma Tray flatbed

OEV is a separate company. It builds hard side flatbed campers, and it is also one of our dealers. That makes it the camper brand we hold the most detail on, and the only one with tray fitment we can publish. If you are shopping for an OEV camper, this is the tray side of that decision.

The High Country is the one camper we built a tray around. The Aluma Tray HD-60-HC chassis cab flatbed has four tapered pockets in the deck, two at the front and two at the rear. The camper's feet drop into them and bolt down, and it stays fully isolated from the deck. The tray carries a 15 inch bulkhead on the driver side half, is rated to 5,000 lbs evenly distributed, and goes on a 60 inch cab to axle chassis.

The Hudson Bay goes on the standard trays: the Aluma Tray 6.75' or the Aluma Tray 8', depending on the camper, with the bulkhead matched to it. The confirmed pairings are listed below.

The Back Country has its own parts on the 2026 options sheet: side storage box pairs for the 6.75' and jack bracket adapters for the 6.75' and 8'. A kit existing is not a fit confirmation on its own, so send us your Back Country size and we confirm the tray in writing. Every tray and kit price is on the aluminum flatbed prices page as its own line item.

Questions

Fitment questions

Which Aluma Tray fits a short box truck?

The Aluma Tray 6.75' replaces the bed on a 3/4 ton or 1 ton short box truck. It is rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed and comes with four locking under-deck boxes.

Which Aluma Tray fits an 8 foot long box truck?

The Aluma Tray 8' replaces the bed on a 3/4 ton or 1 ton long box truck. It carries the same 3,000 lb rating as the 6.75' and adds a 25 inch front bulkhead option.

Which Aluma Tray fits a chassis cab?

The Aluma Tray HD-60 and HD-60-HC both fit 1 ton chassis cabs with a 60 inch cab to axle measurement. Both are rated to 5,000 lbs evenly distributed and include their front bulkhead in the starting price. For an 84 inch cab to axle chassis, see the HD-84. Its price, weight and load rating are published once the factory signs them off.

Will an Aluma Tray fit my camper?

Most hard side slide-in and flatbed campers can run on an Aluma Tray, but fit depends on the camper, not just the truck. Talk to us or an authorized dealer with your camper make, model and dimensions before ordering.

Do I need anything extra if my truck is a dually?

Yes. Dual rear wheel trucks require the dually fender extension kit at $2,268 USD, which includes fenders, a stair mount extender and a set of jack extensions for the front jacks. It is available on the 8', HD-60 and HD-60-HC. It also works well on a single wheel conversion running wider MPT tires.

Which Aluma Tray does an OEV High Country camper go on?

The Aluma Tray HD-60-HC. It is a chassis cab flatbed for 60 inch cab to axle, starts at $19,075 USD with the bulkhead included, and has the tapered securement pockets the High Country bolts into.
