Aluma Tray

In development

Aluma Tray HD-84 chassis cab flatbed

An 84 inch cab to axle platform with an 8 foot deck and a large storage garage at the front of the tray.

It is coming as the 2027 model, and the first HD-84 is being built now.

We are not publishing a price, a weight or a load rating for the HD-84 until the factory signs them off. What is on this page is what has been confirmed, and nothing else.

Confirmed so far

84 inch cab to axle flatbed: what is confirmed

  • Fits domestic commercial chassis cabs with an 84 inch cab to axle measurement
  • 8 foot flatbed length
  • Independent 39 inch wide garage with gullwing doors
  • Garage holds the OEV outdoor kitchen, a spare tire up to 41 inches, and OEV folding stairs

Still to be confirmed: price, tray weight, load rating, bulkhead configuration, lead time and release date.

The garage

Gullwing doors, both sides

The garage is independent of the deck and 39 inches wide. It takes an outdoor kitchen, the folding stairs and a spare tire up to 41 inches, and it opens from either side.

Same platform

Aluma Tray HD-84-HC

The same platform set up for the OEV High Country. The camper bolts into tapered securement pockets instead of riding on TorkLift tie-downs the way a Hudson Bay does.

What the HD-84-HC adds

  • Tapered securement pockets the High Country bolts to, fully isolated from the tray

Everything else matches the HD-84.
