Truck fitment
Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty flatbed for truck campers
The F-250 and F-350 are 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks, which is exactly what an Aluma Tray is built for. Your box length picks the model. Short box takes the 6.75', an 8 foot long box takes the 8', and a 1 ton chassis cab at 60 inch cab to axle takes the HD-60.

Fitment
Which Aluma Tray fits your F-250 or F-350
Find your configuration. The box length picks the flatbed, not the trim or the engine.

Starting prices are MSRP for the flatbed. Nothing on this page is a build total. Required items are priced separately below because they depend on your truck.
Not sure which box you have? Measure the box floor from the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate and send us the number. We confirm the flatbed in writing before you order.
The cab and the drivetrain don't change the flatbed either. Regular cab, extended cab or crew cab, 4x4 or 2WD: the box length decides.
F-250 short bed flatbed
A Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty with the short box takes the Aluma Tray 6.75' short bed flatbed. It is rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed, starts at $11,819 USD, and comes with four locking under-deck boxes and a Rhino Lined deck.
The 6.75' is a single rear wheel flatbed. The dually fender kit is not offered on it, so if your short box F-350 runs dual rear wheels, talk to us before you order.
Looking for a flatbed for an F-250 long bed instead? That is the Aluma Tray 8', rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed and from $12,879 USD. Same deck, same boxes, more length. Either way, a flatbed for a Ford F-250 replaces the whole factory box, so the box length is the one measurement that matters.
F-350 dually flatbed
A dual rear wheel F-350 needs the dually fender kit on top of the flatbed. It is $2,268 USD and it is available on the 8', HD-60, and HD-60-HC. It is not offered on the 6.75'.
So for a flatbed on an F-350 dually, the box decides. An F-350 dually with the 8 foot long box takes the 8' dually flatbed with the fender kit. An F-350 dually chassis cab at 60 inch cab to axle takes the Aluma Tray HD-60 with the same kit.
On a single rear wheel F-350, you skip the fenders. The short box takes the 6.75', the long box takes the 8', and the chassis cab takes the HD-60. The 8' is rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed and the HD-60 is rated to 5,000 lbs evenly distributed.

Ford F-250 truck bed replacement
An Aluma Tray is a full truck bed replacement for the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. The factory box comes off and an aluminum flatbed goes on in its place, fully isolated from the chassis with powder coated steel mounts and urethane bushings. Aluminum doesn't rust, and it keeps the weight down.
The mounting kit is specific to your truck. The tray to chassis mounting kit is $1,166 USD, and the fuel kit is priced by your engine. In the US your dealer installs the tray and quotes the installation separately.
The fuel and DEF fills move into the bulkhead, so you fill from the deck. DOT LED lighting and a trailer plug with a 4 and 7 pin connector come standard.
If your Super Duty has rear parking sensors in the factory bumper, the rear sensor bar ($398) mounts under the rear apron and reuses them. It fits Ford trucks.
Flatbeds for Ford trucks don't change with the trim. An F-350 King Ranch or an F-250 King Ranch takes the same flatbed as an XL. The box length decides.
F-350 chassis cab flatbed
An F-350 chassis cab with a 60 inch cab to axle measurement takes the Aluma Tray HD-60 chassis cab flatbed. It is rated to 5,000 lbs evenly distributed and starts at $17,820 USD with the bulkhead included. Cab to axle is the distance from the back of the cab to the center of the rear axle. Here is how to measure cab to axle.
The HD-60 is not limited to the 1 ton. It fits any domestic commercial chassis cab with a 60 inch cab to axle, so an F-450 or F-550 built at 60 inch takes it too.
Carrying an OEV High Country camper? The Aluma Tray HD-60-HC is the chassis cab flatbed built for it.
That covers the Ford flatbeds we build: the 6.75', the 8' and the HD-60 take the F-250 and F-350 from short box to chassis cab. Planning an F-350 flatbed camper or an F-250 flatbed camper? The truck picks the flatbed, and the camper is its own question, covered below. See all aluminum flatbed prices.

Before you order
What every build needs
The starting price is the flatbed on its own. These items are priced by your truck, so they sit as their own line items.
- Tray to chassis mounting kitSpecific kit determined by your truck$1,166
- Fuel kit$290 gas, $290 diesel without DEF, $542 diesel with DEFPriced by truck
- Dually fendersOnly if your truck is dual rear wheel$2,268
If your truck is dual rear wheel
The dually fender extension kit is required on a dual rear wheel truck. It is available on the 8', HD-60 and HD-60-HC. It is not offered on the 6.75', so talk to us first if you run a dually short box.
Bulkheads
The 6.75' and 8' need a front bulkhead, priced separately. The HD-60 includes its 7 inch bulkhead in the starting price. See all options and pricing.
Heavier chassis cabs
The HD-60 fits any domestic commercial chassis cab with a 60 inch cab to axle, not only the 1 ton. If your F-450 or F-550 is built at 60 inch cab to axle, the HD-60 fits it. Here is how to measure cab to axle.
For an 84 inch cab to axle chassis, see the HD-84.

Next question
Will your camper work on it?
Your truck picks the flatbed. Your camper is a separate question, and it depends on the camper's footprint and weight rather than the brand. Most hard side slide-in and flatbed campers run on an Aluma Tray.
Send us your F-250 or F-350, your camper model and its dimensions and we will confirm the pairing in writing.

Questions
Ford F-250 and F-350 flatbed questions
Which Aluma Tray fits a Ford F-250?
The Aluma Tray 6.75' fits an F-250 with a short box and the Aluma Tray 8' fits an F-250 with an 8 foot long box. Both are rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed and come with four locking under-deck storage boxes and a Rhino Lined deck.
Which Aluma Tray fits a Ford F-350?
It depends on the configuration. An F-350 with a short box takes the Aluma Tray 6.75', an F-350 with an 8 foot long box takes the Aluma Tray 8', and an F-350 chassis cab with a 60 inch cab to axle measurement takes the Aluma Tray HD-60. The HD-60 is rated to 5,000 lbs and includes its 7 inch bulkhead.
How much does a flatbed for an F-250 or F-350 cost?
Starting prices are $11,819 USD for the 6.75', $12,879 USD for the 8' and $17,820 USD for the HD-60. Every build also needs a tray to chassis mounting kit at $1,166 and a fuel kit priced by your engine, and the 6.75' and 8' need a front bulkhead starting at $3,329. All pricing is USD.
Do I need dually fenders on an F-350?
Only if your F-350 is a dual rear wheel truck. The dually fender extension kit is $2,268 USD and includes fenders, a stair mount extender and a set of jack extensions for the front jacks. It is available on the 8', HD-60 and HD-60-HC, and it is not offered on the 6.75'.
How long does an Aluma Tray take to build?
Typical lead time is about 8 weeks. Lead time moves with order volume, so check current build slots with us or with your dealer before you plan an install date.
Will an Aluma Tray fit my camper?
Most hard side slide-in and flatbed campers can run on an Aluma Tray, but fit depends on the camper, not just the truck. Talk to us or an authorized dealer with your camper make, model and dimensions before ordering.
Will a flatbed fit my F-250 or F-350 short bed?
Yes. The Aluma Tray 6.75' fits the F-250 and F-350 short box. It is rated to 3,000 lbs evenly distributed and starts at $11,819 USD. It is a single rear wheel flatbed: the dually fender kit is not offered on the 6.75', so talk to us first if your short box truck is on dual rear wheels.
What happens to the fuel filler on a Ford F-250 or F-350 flatbed?
You fill at the bulkhead instead. Every Aluma Tray has the fuel and DEF fills built into the bulkhead, so you fill from above the deck. The fuel kit is a required item and it is priced by your engine: $290 gas, $290 diesel without DEF, $542 diesel with DEF.
Can I keep my hitch on a Ford F-250 or F-350 flatbed?
Yes. Your truck's factory hitch receiver stays the same and stays intact when the flatbed goes on. It only changes if you arrange something different with your dealer.
Does a crew cab or 4x4 F-250 or F-350 need a different flatbed?
No. Regular Cab, SuperCab or Crew Cab, 4x4 or 2WD, the flatbed is the same. The box length decides: the short box takes the Aluma Tray 6.75' and the 8 foot long box takes the Aluma Tray 8'.
