What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Aluma Tray is a product of Lite Industries Inc., 8045 Edgar Industrial Crescent, Red Deer, AB T4P 3S2, Canada.
What we collect
- Information you type into a form on this site. That includes your name, email, phone number, and details about your truck, camper or build.
- Warranty registration details, including your tray serial number, purchase date and where you bought it.
- Basic analytics about how pages are used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located.
What we do with it
- Answer your question and quote your build.
- Activate and administer your warranty.
- Connect you with a dealer near you, if that is what you asked for.
- Understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship system and our website host, and dealers you have asked us to connect you with.
Booking and forms
Consultation bookings are handled through a third party scheduling tool. When you book, the details you enter are processed by that provider under their own terms.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active relationship, and warranty records for at least the life of the warranty, because we are required to keep owner records in order to reach you about a recall or a safety notification.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or call (406) 634-3441. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Check back if it matters to you.
