What does an aluminum flatbed cost?
An Aluma Tray aluminum flatbed starts at $11,819 USD for the 6.75'. Starting prices run up to $19,075 USD for the HD-60-HC. That flatbed price is the tray itself, with its standard features.
What you pay on top depends on your truck and what you order. Every build needs a tray to chassis mounting kit and a fuel kit. The 6.75' and 8' also need a front bulkhead. Options are priced one by one below. Dealer installation is extra and quoted by your dealer.

Pricing questions
Is the starting price the full price?
No. The starting price is the tray itself. Every build also needs a tray to chassis mounting kit at $1,166 USD and a fuel kit priced by your truck, and on the 6.75' and 8' the front bulkhead is a separate line item starting at $3,329. The HD-60 and HD-60-HC include their bulkhead.
Why is the fuel kit priced by my truck?
Because gas, diesel and diesel with DEF need different hardware. A gas kit is $290 USD, diesel without DEF is $290, and diesel with DEF is $542 because it uses a double mount plate and two fill buckets.
Do I need the dually fender kit?
Only if your truck has dual rear wheels. It is $2,268 USD and includes the fenders, a stair mount extender and a set of jack extensions for the front jacks. It is available on the 8', HD-60 and HD-60-HC. It also works well on a single wheel conversion running wider MPT tires.
Are prices in USD or CAD?
All prices on this site are USD. That applies to customers in both the United States and Canada.
What is included in the price?
The starting price covers the tray and its standard features: four locking under-deck storage boxes, a Rhino Lined deck, L-Track down both sides, DOT LED lighting, a 4 and 7 pin trailer plug, and weighted mudflaps with rock guards. The HD-60 and HD-60-HC also include their front bulkhead. The mounting kit, the fuel kit, the bulkhead on the 6.75' and 8', and any options are priced separately. Dealer installation is extra and quoted by your dealer. Tariffs are typically built into the price unless your purchase agreement says otherwise.
